All the Non-Indian Delegates including students must send two forms (1) Information for Indian External Affairs Ministry (2) The Registration form.

Please note that if you have an intention to attend the conference (even if you are not sure about the final decision or cancel your trip later), please fill-up the first form (i.e., the information for Indian External Affairs Ministry) and send it by e-mail (or by fax, or by post) to the Convener, at the very earliest. As per the rules of Government of India, these details must be furnished to the External Affairs Ministry well in advance. This is independent of the registration. The registration form will be accepted up to December 15, 2006.

Visa Details

VISA REQUIREMENTS

All foreign nationals require a valid Visa to enter India.

It is strongly advised that an application for visa may be made by the delegates to the Indian Mission in their home country well in advance (preferably two months prior to the conference) due to possible delays in visa processing.

Indian Citizens

Special (subsidized) registration fee is applicable for Indian delegates. Please contact the convener OR refer the brochure which will be sent to you by post .

Accommodation for students will be arranged in Students Houses on request.

Delegates are required to register in the following format online or by e-mail or normal post and send the registration fee by demand draft in favor of Convener, PHOTORADCHEM-2007 payable at Kottayam (State Bank of Travancore, MG University Campus Branch) to reach us before December 15, 2005.
